Embarkation and Disembarkation on RO-RO ships
For the loading and unloading services of rolling loads on Roll-on Roll-off ships, we have our own specialized team, thus guaranteeing the results within the established deadlines. We have our own system exclusively developed for the management of ship operations, guaranteeing real-time monitoring through the monitoring of productive performance indicators and damage control.
Movement of loads and undercarriages in general
The movement is established with organization, prevention of damage, using signaling of driving routes, prior definition of the route flow and storage of vehicles with standardized criteria of lateral and frontal distance. The movement of light and heavy vehicles is managed by an exclusive system for Yard Management that allows:
• Plan the blocks for the storage of the units
• Identify the vehicles handled
• Assign vehicles to previously established areas
• Track vehicles and drivers responsible for the movement
• Identify and control malfunctions
Measurement operation
The Measurement service is performed on light vehicles, machines, chassis, buses, trucks, mafi, bolster, volumes and break bulks. The training and qualification of our employees is focused on the utmost importance of rigor in the attention to all existing objects of the measured equipment, with all the necessary resources to maximize the results.
Cargo integrity inspection
Safe Car Handling offers the Inspection service for light vehicles, machines, chassis, buses, trucks, wheels, volumes and general cargo.
With constantly trained employees, we follow the Operational Instructions for Cargo Inspection of the Terminals where we operate.
Loading and Unloading eneral Cargo
The loading and unloading operations of transport equipment rely on the RMS - Ramps Management Systems (Ramp Management) system that allows:
• Get time control of the start, end and stoppages of the operation
• Organization of operations through systematized service
• Identification and control of faults
• Control of service/wait times at all stages of the process
• Issuance of management reports
Dirt
All light and heavy vehicles, machinery and break bulks inspected by SCH receive special attention regarding the level of dirt. It is important to point out that this concern is increasing in several countries, mainly in relation to epidemics and this international monitoring is causing more Shipowners and Assemblers to demand greater attention to the degree of dirtiness of cargo in ports.
Cargo Security Inspection
The Security Inspection service performed by SCH is committed to the criteria of the Brazilian Program of AUTHORIZED ECONOMIC OPERATOR - OEA (Authorized Economic Operator - AEO) and the FEDERAL REVENUE OF BRAZIL.
